1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 91piso ("91piso," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://91piso.vip and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 91piso, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a hard legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations for online casino gaming in the Philippines. There are no exceptions.
• You are a natural person. Corporate, trust, or other non-individual entities may not register accounts.

91piso reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the timeframe specified by 91piso may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on 91piso. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same or different personal details — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be closed and all balances forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and must update your account details if they change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

91piso is required by applicable law and its PAGCOR licence conditions to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys national ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, or GSIS ID) and may include additional supporting documents. 91piso reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documents are received and verified.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials. 91piso will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security. You must notify 91piso's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.5 Account Suspension and Termination

91piso reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, or regulatory requirement. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player fault, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered Philippine payment method.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

91piso accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 91piso does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or international wire transfers.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction in your account cashier. 91piso reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) internal compliance review. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. 91piso is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving financial institution.

4.4 Fees

91piso does not charge processing fees on GCash or Maya deposits or withdrawals. Fees imposed by third-party payment providers or receiving banks are the responsibility of the player. 91piso reserves the right to introduce or modify fees on other payment methods with 30 days' advance notice.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

All transactions on 91piso are subject to Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) compliance requirements as prescribed by Philippine law and PAGCOR licence conditions. 91piso may request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction and regulatory reporting.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

91piso offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, and expiry dates are specified in each promotion's individual terms and are communicated to players at the time of offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players using their own registered payment methods. 6. Betting Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the 91piso Platform is subject to the following general rules, as well as the specific rules applicable to each individual game or product:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. 91piso is not liable for bets placed in error by the player.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that prevents normal game operation, 91piso reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. No compensation beyond stake return is payable in these circumstances.
• For sports betting, 91piso reserves the right to void markets in the event of verified match irregularities, result errors, or data feed failures from official results providers.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems.
• Any activity constituting money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime under Philippine law.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN, proxy, or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits through payment providers after gaming funds have been used.
• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the Platform's technical systems, security measures, or game algorithms.

8. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 91piso.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law:

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
